Book Club

Continuous learning is one of the cornerstones of personal development. Reading good books is a great way to learn. It allows us to learn in a short period of time what it would take years for us to learn on our own. It prepares our mind to consider new possibilities. It allows us to be mentored by experts who we don’t have direct access to.

How the BWB Book Club Works

  • Each month we read a selected book. The selection is either a book that has made a significant difference in my life that I am re‐reading or a book that has been highly recommended that I believe has significant potential to help us be more passionate, powerful, and/or productive.
  • We read the book during that month. For many books, reading won’t be the only option. About half of my “reading” currently consists of audiobooks that I listen to. Either way, we learn and experience the subject together.
  • I write 2–4 blog posts throughout the month (on Saturdays) that discuss key takeaways I received from my reading and how it can be applied to improve our lives.
  • You participate in the conversation by responding to my insights and adding you own in the comments at the bottom of each blog post.

I want to know what resonates with you. I also want to know how you apply what you read and if it works for you. If I want to know, so will others. We will learn from each other.

I look forward to reading, learning and becoming better with you.
